Enquiry processing and service providers
Submitted enquiries are saved securely and forwarded to IT TO WEB's client workspace in the 4ProTech CRM for team review and controlled AI-assisted screening. Delivery retries use a private queue. Responses follow your selected communication preferences; marketing requires separate consent. Hosting providers process the information needed to operate the website. Saving an enquiry does not confirm email delivery. We do not send names, email addresses or enquiry content to website analytics.
Essential session cookies support submission protection. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from sending an enquiry. Retention or deletion requests can be sent through the contact form; applicable contractual or record-keeping obligations may affect what can be removed.
Browser drafts and language changes
Saving a Vision Studio draft stores its settings in your browser. Shared concept links contain selected architecture settings, excluding private goal notes and contact details. During an explicit language change, unsent form fields are kept temporarily in this tab to restore your draft on the same page. That temporary record is removed after restoration or discarded after ten minutes. Verification must be completed again before submission.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics runs automatically in the background without a popup. For visitors who have not previously allowed analytics cookies, our integration uses Google Consent Mode with analytics storage denied for cookieless measurement. Previously saved opt-outs are respected. You can turn analytics off or enable background analytics using the control in the footer. Previously granted analytics-cookie permission remains in effect until you turn analytics off. Advertising storage, signals and personalization are disabled. Our analytics events exclude enquiry names, email addresses, messages and reference tokens, and our integration removes query strings from page URLs. Google receives measurement requests; cookieless does not mean that no data is sent.
